The first time you sign in from the app, you get 14 days of Pro. We don't ask for a card, and the trial doesn't turn into a paid plan by itself. When it ends you're on Free, with 2,000 Echotype Cloud words a week.
You upgrade from Account in the app, which opens a checkout page from Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo takes the payment and handles sales tax, VAT or GST for your country, so the price at checkout may include tax. Indian prices are in rupees.
Pro renews each month or each year until you cancel. Cancel any time from Account in the app, or by emailing [email protected]. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then you're on Free.
If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment. If you've used fewer than 2,000 cloud words since, you get a full refund. See the refund policy.
Pro is for one person. Fair use is up to 30 hours of audio a month in Echotype Cloud. If you go over a limit, or Pro ends, dictation keeps working with the models on your Mac.
